Diversity Services

If approached strategically and managed properly, a diversity mindset enables companies to open new markets and minimize unforeseen risks, government agencies to improve service delivery and optimize their use of available resources, and NGOs/nonprofits to establish

themselves as strategic partners with other sectors. Below are some examples of where my experience from Sweden and the USA may

benefit your company or organization.

What do people say about b&a?

- It was the best presentation on diversity I've heard. Gary's presentation and the discussion that followed was worth every öre!

  • Strategy consulting
Tone at the top is crucial when promoting diversity related change management. I've worked with dozens of leadership groups to help them understand the what, why and how of diversity, and to guide them in developing an organization characterized by what I call "sustainable diversity".

  • Diversity audits
Quickly and inexpensively, it is possible to review a company's existing profile from marketplace perspectives, providing leadership with a high-level viewpoint of how their company currently appears to the market when seen through "diversity glasses", and of potential new opportunities.

  • Training and workshops
Through training I provide leadership teams with a common perspective on the value of diversity and inclusion and, equally important, a common vocabulary with which to promote messaging.

  • Supplier diversity
I co-founded the int'Link supplier diversity initiative, a pilot collaboration between AmCham and IFS-Internationella Företagareföreningen i Sverige, making Sweden an EU leader.

  • California study trips
Learning in one of the most advanced markets and societies in the world, visits can be arranged to branch-specific companies, government agencies and/or nonprofit agencies/NGOs to maximize delegates' understanding of how they can apply their new-found knowledge in Sweden.

  • Diversity management handbooks
Specifically for boards of directors and executive management who have limited time but must stay informed of marketplace and societal developments, I've written three "quick-read" handbooks distilling extensive learnings from California, Sweden and global research into straightforward lessons on how to succeed at "sustainable diversity". Financial sustainability is a critical component to any company's or organization's work with diversity and inclusion.
