We view diversity as much broader than just ethnic or religious differences. Age, gender, disability, sexual orientation and more should be part of the diversity discussion, too. By promoting an "inclusive" approach to diversity, even members of traditional norm groups (who might otherwise feel threatened by an increased focus on diversity) will come to understand its many benefits.
